- Requirements: Experience with CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment. Relevant technical training and certifications.
- Location: On-site/Remote (Canada)
- Role: Prepare detailed technical drawings and blueprints for steel pallets and fabrications.
- Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks with prior experience in steel or manufacturing.
- Location: Morden, Manitoba or Remote
- Role: Manage IT infrastructure, including ERP systems and automation solutions.
- Requirements: IT-related degree or equivalent experience, certifications in systems management.
- Location: Canada/USA (Cross-border transport)
- Role: Transport steel pallets and raw materials across North America.
- Requirements: Valid Class 1/Commercial Driver’s License, cross-border experience.
- Location: Morden, Manitoba
- Role: Perform MIG/TIG welding for steel products.
- Requirements: Welding certifications and experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Location: Morden, Manitoba
- Role: Operate forklifts to move heavy materials within the facility.
- Requirements: Valid forklift operation license, prior experience in warehousing or manufacturing.
- Location: Morden, Manitoba
- Role: Safely operate overhead cranes for material handling in our steel manufacturing plant.
- Requirements: Certification in crane operation and relevant experience.
- Location: Morden, Manitoba
- Role: Oversee and optimize steel fabrication processes.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with experience in steel manufacturing.
- Location: Morden, Manitoba or Remote
- Role: Manage logistics, shipping, and supply chain for raw steel materials.
- Requirements: Experience in logistics management, ideally within steel or manufacturing industries.
- Location: Canada and USA
- Role: Drive the sales of steel raw materials and products to industrial clients across North America.
- Requirements: Proven sales experience, particularly in steel or heavy industry sectors.
